At Sacred Heart we believe a safe community is vital in breaking the cycle of homelessness and one of the first steps is secure and stable housing. We support people into housing and also support people who want to stay in their housing as they age in their community.

Our Assistance with Care and Housing program works with people aged 50 and over whose needs aren't met by mainstream services.
