About the position
We are seeking a new admin volunteer to assist with the ACCVS program. In this role you will support the program coordinator in admin related tasks to ensure the smooth running of the program.

About the program
The ACVVS Program works with 6 Aged Care Residential Homes to match volunteers with residents that are referred to us by Nursing Staff/Lifestyle Coordinators as suffering from loneliness and isolation. They have agreed to meet with a volunteer visitor on a regular basis.

- Competent user of Microsoft suite
- Reliable and enthusiastic
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a friendly, non-judgemental approach.
- Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively in a team-based environment.
- The ability to work with minimal supervision.
- The ability to seek support or debriefing if required.
Desirable:
- Previous volunteering experience.
- Relevant work experience and/or qualifications
Responsibilities
- Assist with compliance follow up.
- Data entry
- General admin tasks
Commitment
1 day per week on Thursday
Time in flexible, 5hrs between 9 and 4pm
