At Sacred Heart Mission, we welcome and accept people as they are. We recognise that everyone’s journey is unique and we work to provide people with support that is effective and carefully tailored to their individual needs.
Whether it’s women’s services or aged care, crisis or long-term supported accommodation, or our counselling and health services, Sacred Heart Mission’s dedicated workforce of staff and volunteers tailor support to each person’s needs with respect and compassion.
Meals
Our Dining Hall provides daily, nutritious meals and an easy entry point into our other services. Everyone is welcome!
Help for Women
We assist women (Cis and Trans) with housing, health, substance use issues, family violence, financial and legal matters, and life skills.
Housing, accomodation & tenancy support
We offer a range of long and short term housing services as well as crisis accommodation options for people experiencing homelessness.
Support and wellbeing services
We work with clients to address the impacts of trauma, addiction, isolation and chronic ill health through a range of groups, educational programs and health therapies.
Aged care
We support people as they age to live independently in the community.
In-home Support
We are registered to provide a range of in-home support which helps people achieve their goals, enjoy an ordinary life and stay in their home.
