Op shop volunteers - Elsternwick

We are looking for passionate retail enthusiast who wants to join our stunning Elsternwick Store.

Sacred Heart Mission is a local Melbourne charity focused on elevating disadvantage, social exclusion, and homelessness. Volunteering in our Op Shops is absolutely crucial to the rest of the Mission as they provide the funding that allows our other services to run. The Elsternwick store, with its fantastic corner location is a central part of the Elsternwick community.

We are currently looking for volunteers, especially for weekends to help out for half a day on a weekly or fortnightly roster. When you walk into our Elsternwick store you will see smiling faces, a variety of clothes and knick knacks and always a good song playing. Want to be part of the team? Come join and help getting the donations out onto the sales floor, making the store look nice and inviting, provide great customer service and show off what we have. Every dollar you help to store earn will go towards much needed funding for the client services programs.

Help provide a welcoming atmosphere, make the store look presentable, provide fantastic customer service, work the till and be part of a wonderful op shop team. And most importantly have fun!!

Saturdays - A half/full day weekly or fortnightly.

All other days are currently at capacity.

Ideally we would like 4 hrs (10-2pm or 1-5pm) but that can be negotiated on a case by case basis.
