Julie Caldecott

Julie is an experienced Non-Executive Director and Chair of government, not-for-profit and private sector organisations operating in disability care, healthcare, aged care, social insurance, infrastructure and regulation. Julie was previously a Partner/Managing Director of The Boston Consulting Group and has extensive strategy and operational advisory experience.

Julie has a career-long commitment to enhancing outcomes, opportunities and independence for people engaging with support services or living in care. Julie is passionate about participant-led service continuous improvement and transformation as well as bringing Sacred Heart Mission’s ‘Heart, Hope, Home” into reality.

Julie has a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery and a Master of Business Administration. Julie is also a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
