Sacred Heart Mission provides services to people who are experiencing homelessness or are at risk of homelessness. In order to provide these services, we rely on the generous support of thousands of dedicated volunteers. In 2017 over 1,700 volunteers contributed more than 66,000 hours to the Mission.

Testimonials

"I first started volunteering with Sacred Heart Mission in 2014. Since then I have served meals in the Dining Hall and Women's House, I have been a waiter serving canapes at an Art Show opening and rattled donation tins on AFL Grand final day in the city and even cooked a Christmas BBQ. No matter what part of Sacred Heart Mission you get involved in you will meet like minded people and make a difference in people's lives. You won't regret it. Next on my list to try is the op shops." - Kerry, volunteer
