Join our community

Two volunteers talking and laughing with two members of the public outside of the Palais theatre for our Heart of St Kilda concert.

Sacred Heart Mission is fortunate to have an enormous amount of engagement, support and goodwill from the community.

This comes in many forms, including volunteering in our Dining Hall and op shops, donating food and produce for our Meals Program, through to assistance with donations of goods and services required across other areas of the Mission.

Please note: Our Dining Hall remains closed for sit-down dining until further notice to keep our community covid-safe. In the meantime, we will continue to offer daily takeaway meals.

Our community partners

Thanks to this deep pool of community generosity, we are able to do more with the money we receive by minimising our costs, so more of our precious financial resources can be channelled into our services.

We would like to thank the following schools and community partners for their significant support:

  • Kostka Hall Mothers Association
  • Marron Singers
  • St Kilda Venues
  • One Louder
  • St Michael’s Grammar School
  • Star of the Sea College
  • Melbourne Girls Grammar School
  • Presentation College
  • Parade College
