The Director, People and Culture, in close collaboration with the CEO, assumes a central role in shaping and executing the strategic and operational imperatives of the P&C function. This entails not only leading initiatives to foster a vibrant organisational culture, but also championing learning and leadership initiatives. With a keen eye on the evolving landscape, the Director ensures the workforce is supported and poised to meet emerging trends and demands, thereby bolstering SHM’s impact and growth trajectory.

Leading a team of four direct reports across People Services, Learning and Development, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, as well as Payroll, this role will bring cohesion, and build capability within the function.

Moreover, there’s a firm expectation for the Director to forge meaningful connections with individuals availing themselves of SHM’s services, underscoring the centrality of human engagement in driving organisational success.
