Our services

At Sacred Heart Mission, we welcome and accept people as they are. We recognise that everyone’s journey is unique and we work to provide people with support that is effective and carefully tailored to their individual needs.

Our services include:

Urgent homelessness support

If you are experiencing homelessness you can contact the following services:

  • Call 1800 825 955 to speak directly with a housing and support worker, or
  • Drop in to Launch Housing at 122 Chapel Street, St Kilda 3182 between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. We recommend you come earlier in the day if possible.
  • For after hours and weekends, you can access the Salvation Army Crisis Service on 9536 7777 or drop in at 29 Grey Street, St Kilda 3182.

    Free call from a landline or public phone anywhere in Victoria to speak with a housing worker and be referred to services and support in your local area.

  • The Salvation Army Crisis Centre: 1800 627 727 (24 hours)
    Free call from landlines. Calls from mobile phones may be charged at a higher rate.

Women's Services
