Bite into a burger this International Burger Day and help us raise funds for our Dining Hall in St Kilda.
Sacred Heart Mission is excited to welcome the National Indigenous Culinary Institute to our Dining Hall in St Kilda/Euroe Yroke. The institute, established in 2012, locates and trains the next generation of culinary leaders. NICI is now the leading Indigenous Chef training program in Australia.

Roll up your sleeves and put your chefs hat on as you learn to cook traditional meals with native ingredients from two established Indigenous chefs, Sam May and Krystie Sabitino.
