At Sacred Heart we believe in a rapid housing approach to end the cycle of long-term homelessness, as a first step. We have a range of long and short term, as well as crisis accommodation options with support from case workers.

Sacred Heart Mission will be prioritising all support and housing vacancies to people in emergency accommodation (hotels/motels) due to COVID-19 until further notice, as per DHHS COVID-19 Homelessness Guidelines.

J2SI takes a relationship-based approach, provides long-term support, and works from the premise that if people can sustain their housing, this provides a solid foundation to improving other areas in people's lives.

Ending chronic homelessness by making the proven Journey to Social Inclusion (J2SI) program available to homelessness services organisations nationally via an Evaluation Learning Centre (ELC).
