We are on the lookout for experienced practitioners to join our team as Intensive and Senior Case Managers for our Journey to Social Inclusion (J2SI) Program, which is breaking the cycle of long-term homelessness.

Bruce - Sacred Heart Local

Our Sacred Heart Local program provides a package of in-home support services (Home Care and NDIS packages) for vulnerable and socially isolated individuals living in the community. Our support helps them maintain their housing and independence in the community.

Heart of St Kilda 10th Anniversary Concert

The Heart of St Kilda concert is the annual highlight of the Melbourne live music and comedy calendar. It attracts Australia’s finest musicians and comedians who donate their time to support the work of Sacred Heart Mission and its Meals Program, which provides up to 400 hot and hearty meals daily to those in Melbourne experiencing homelessness, social isolation and disadvantage.

Volunteer in our op shops

Our network of op shops in Melbourne aims to raise funds and awareness of the work of Sacred Heart Mission. Volunteers are always needed across our stores, so if you have a few hours spare in the week, please go to our volunteer application form and become a part of our op shop team. A special thank you to the City of Port Philip who helped fund this video.
