We'll be streaming our 13th annual Heart of St Kilda Concert straight into your home, on Wednesday, 2 December 2020. If you have any questions about this unique event, please check our following FAQ.

Yes! Please click here to purchase your tickets. If purchased on the day, it can take a few minutes for your ticket to arrive via email. Yes, we will host a telethon on the night to collect donations. The number to call will be flashed on screen during the virtual event. You can also make an online donation to support our Meals Program providing up to 400 nutritious meals daily to people in our community.

No, any age is welcome to join. But please be mindful that some coarse language might be used by artists.

You will receive a secondary email the morning of the event (Wednesday, 2 December) with your virtual event access link and password.

Please refer to your last email from Ticketmaster for your access link and personal passcode. If you click on the access link, you will be taken to a holding page. Enter your passcode on this website and press enter or play.

If you can’t find your confirmation email please send us your full name which you used when buying your ticket.

No, no software or account is needed to attend our virtual concert.

Once you have entered your passcode and pressed play, the livestream will start automatically and you can sit back and enjoy our show.

Yes, you can watch our Heart of St Kilda Livestream on any device. The best way to watch the event is via computer or tablet. You can also stream the concert on your SmartTV. To do so, either connect your device with your computer or tablet via HDMI or VGA audio cable or chromecast.

Alternatively, try to access your emails on your SmartTV and open the Ticketmaster email all ticket holders will receive on Wednesday morning, 2 December. By clicking on the link in this email our livestream will automatically open on your SmartTV.

There are several actions you can take should this happen:

  • Please ensure that you have an internet connection strong enough to allow streaming prior to the event.
  • Make sure your browser is up to date.
  • Try refreshing your browser and clearing your browser history and cookies.
  • Test your internet speed. It has to be 10mbps or more.

There can be many reasons why the concert stream is interrupted. In most cases, the internet connection is not sufficient at the time of the interruption. To avoid such problems, please make sure that no parallel processes are running on your network. If you are using Wi-Fi, try a connection via a network cable instead.

Unfortunately no. Each access link and passcode are only useable once. If more than one person tries to log on, the other person will be logged off. Please ensure you buy a livestream ticket for each person at Ticketmaster.
