Hands on Health receptionist

We are looking for a medical receptionist at our St Kilda clinic to help arrange appointments, take phone calls and perform general administrative duties

Sacred Heart Mission is a local Melbourne charity focused on elevating disadvantage, social exclusion, and homelessness. Volunteering in our clinic is a wonderful and engaging experience that directly support these goals and values, allowing for the support of those facing hardship to continue. Our clinic aims to provide a wide range of therapies in an atmosphere of calm and respect. Priority for the Clinic’s services is given to people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. Clients pay $4.00 and could not afford to access these services any other way.


Hands on Health clinic, St Kilda

Our clinic provides a wide range of services to our clients. You would be the first point of contact, helping arrange appointments, taking phone calls and performing general administrative duties.  We are looking for  a medical receptionist at our St Kilda clinic who can work fortnightly Tuesdays (mornings) and Fridays (all day); can interact well with clients and has great phone and admin skills.

Commitment :

Fortnightly Tuesdays from 9am to 1pm or weekly Monday from 1pm to 5pm
