Fundraising admin assistant

Sacred Heart Mission is a local Melbourne charity focused on elevating disadvantage, social exclusion, and homelessness. Our fundraising team does amazing work through events and promotions to raise vital funds and promote our work within the local community. Currently we are getting ready to prepare and promote our Dine with Heart annual campaign. This will occur in May and there is lots to be done before.


- Assist Fundraising team with a range of administrative duties to help run the Dine with Heart Campaign. We need to collaborate with various restaurants, cafes and bars around Melbourne to make this great event happen. We need help from making phone calls, going to see restaurants, preparing promotional material, creating a suitable database and keeping it up to date, researching possible venues etc.

-Weekly, Mon – Fri , ongoing, 2 days a week until end of May.
