Volunteer
Community visitor - Greek speaking
Volunteering in our residential facility is a wonderful and engaging experience that directly supports people experiencing homelessness and social disadvantage.
Sacred Heart Mission is a local Melbourne charity focused on elevating disadvantage, social exclusion, and homelessness. Volunteering in our partner residential facility in Windsor is a wonderful and engaging experience that directly support these goals and values, allowing for the support of those facing hardship to continue. Many residents live with a range of complex needs, are often isolated and lonely. Having someone in their life to help with stay connected and part of the wider community goes a long way. And both sides benefit as often a long lasting friendship grows.
