Admin assistant volunteers office

Sacred Heart Mission is a local Melbourne charity focused on elevating disadvantage, social exclusion, and homelessness.

In the volunteers office we run the admin side of all things volunteers throughout the Mission. As we have over 1000 individual regular volunteers as well as community, corporate and school groups, we need a volunteer who is comfortable on the computer to help with the back of house tasks when managing a large volunteer workforce. Attention to detail and being great with people is important as it involves database and compliance work, dealing with phone and email enquiries, rostering volunteers and helping prepare various documents needed on a daily basis. Excellent knowledge of Gmail, Google Drive and Excel/Word is a must. Volunteers needed for Wednesday mornings on a weekly basis.

71 Robe St, St Kilda

Responsibilities:

Provide support to the office team as well as our wonderful volunteers across the Mission via phone and Email. Also ensuring all compliance is up to date, uploaded and entered into the database Volgistics.

Commitment:

9-1pm on Wednesdays (weekly)
