Admin assistant in Crisis Accommodation

We are looking for a volunteer to assist our support and case worker team in our Women's crisis accommodation site with a variety of admin work.

Sacred Heart Mission is a local Melbourne charity focused on elevating disadvantage, social exclusion, and homelessness. Our program, Homefront, is a state-wide crisis accommodation service for women aged 25 and over, without accompanying children. Homefront provides a safe and supportive environment for women who are experiencing homelessness as a result of a crisis. 


- Female only role

- Assist our support and case worker team in our Women's crisis accommodation site with a variety of admin work

- Requires basic administrative duties such as preparing documents for meetings, filing, answering emails and staff enquiries

- Answering phone enquiries as well as letting people in and out of the accommodation site

- Collecting mail, picking up/dropping off laundry, helping with maintenance requests

1 day a week, Mon-Fri, ongoing basis


Female onlyIf you’re able to work independently and deal with a variety of different tasks and stakeholders this might be the position for you. Its a fantastic team to work in and there is lots of laughter and support.
