Michael Perusco - CEO

Michael Perusco has been CEO of Sacred Heart Mission since 2003.

He is also Chairperson of the Council to Homeless Persons, the peak body for organisations working with people who are homeless in Victoria.

Prior to his career in the community sector, Michael worked in the commercial sector including KPMG & Arthur Andersen where he gained his Chartered Accounting qualification.

Michael McInerney - Chair

Michael has been Chair of Sacred Heart Mission's Board of Governance since 2004. He was appointed a Judge of the County Court of Victoria in 1994. He is currently a member of the Executive Committee of the Council of Judges and was a member of the Xavier College School Council from 1994 to 2000.

Alan Gruner - Vice Chairperson

Alan is a Sacred Heart parishioner and has been on the Board for over 14 years. Alan is currently Senior Manager of Aged Services with the Brotherhood of St Laurence. Previously he worked for over 15 years in a variety of senior management positions in local government. Alan holds a BA (Hons) in psychology and a post graduate qualification in business management.

David O'Brien - Treasurer

David joined the Sacred Heart Mission Board in 2002. Qualified with a Bachelor of Business, majoring in accounting, David boasts extensive experience in financial, commercial, contract, risk and project management, as well as business continuity planning. He is currently the Commercial and Project Manager for National Australia Bank.

Terri Farrell - Secretary

Terri joined the Board of Sacred Heart Mission in 2001. She has since retired from Australia Post headquarters where she held a variety of policy development and executive management positions. Terri is qualified with a Bachelor of Commerce from Melbourne University.
